About us
For over 80 years, Kölle GmbH has been active as a medium-sized, owner-managed family business in the areas of toolmaking and stamping. For our customers in the automotive, aerospace and electrical industries, we manufacture high-quality tools and series stamped parts. We have many years of experience and competence, especially in the product areas of carrier frames for seals, metal parts for thermal and acoustic insulation and hollow rotors / rotor helix for pumps.
The range of services covers the entire process chain from inquiry to project planning, development / design, toolmaking, initial sampling and series production over the entire article life cycle.
With a team of 120 employees, we generate annual sales of approx. € 18 million at the Vaihingen / Enz location between Stuttgart and Pforzheim. Our management policy is characterized by a strong customer orientation and a partnership with our suppliers.
The education and training of our employees is our top priority. With a high training quota of 9% we secure qualified junior staff.
We are not only committed to the high quality standards of the automotive industry, as evidenced by our ongoing annual certification / monitoring audits, but as a company we also feel that it is our social responsibility to make the greatest possible contribution to the protection of the environment and resources. For many years, our validated environmental management system and now also our certified energy management system have been integral parts of our corporate policy and our day-to-day activities.
