WITec is the leading German manufacturer of confocal microscopy systems and atomic force microscopes in the field of state-of-the-art Raman, Atomic Force (AFM) and near-field microscopy (SNOM). Since its founding in 1997, WITec has been characterized by an innovative product portfolio and a microscope design that combines different techniques in one system. An example of the company’s pioneering new products is the world’s first integrated Raman AFM microscope. To date, WITec’s confocal microscopes are market leaders in terms of sensitivity, resolution and imaging properties.
