Who we are – what we do?

We ensure undisturbed processes, because we take care of the energy of electric drives. Since its founding in 1997, we have focused on providing the right solutions for the smooth operation of regulated electric motors. In the meantime, this includes the management of braking energy, the supply of power to the drives in the event of voltage fluctuations or power failures, the power supply of drives in general and the reduction of peak loads in the power grid as well as grid-independent operation. That is demanding and exciting. We develop, produce and sell the necessary products worldwide. These are particularly safe electrical braking resistors and active energy management systems with capacitors of various types or batteries as energy storage. Our broad product spectrum ranges from a small braking resistor with 15 watts continuous power to ready-to-connect active energy management solutions in fully equipped control cabinets. Our satisfied customers in drive technology and mechanical engineering can rely on us and enjoy the short delivery times.

Managing DC Energy

We offer active energy management systems and safe braking resistors in wire and PTC technology for electrical drive technology in mechanical engineering. In the Baden Ubstadt-Weiher, between the Rhine plain and Kraichgau, lies our “Fabrikle”. Currently there are more than 50 employees, seven of whom are in training. Conveniently located, we supply our many customers worldwide from here.

Active energy management solutions

Managing DC Energy is the slogan under which a number of products are now being offered that optimally support energy-related drives. Every user has different requirements. It must be handled with regenerative energy. Or, first and foremost, energy efficiency should be increased. But we also manage to increase the lifetime of drives with our products, and at the same time, a higher cycle rate can be achieved. That sounds incredible, what we realize together with our customers. It is true. And also very easy to implement.
