From the craft business to one of the world market leaders

Carl Stahl was founded in 1880 and has since been a family-run company based in Süßen, Baden-Württemberg. At 70 locations worldwide, the company offers product solutions and services in the areas of rope, lifting and safety technology, architecture and fine ropes / technocables. As a result of a corporate restructuring, Carl Stahl GmbH, Carl Stahl GmbH, Carl Zeiss GmbH and Carl Stahl Technocables GmbH, became independent companies as of January 1, 2016.

The product portfolio ranges from state-of-the-art crane systems to high-quality hand hoists and reliable load handling equipment. The focus is always on the safety of people and materials, which the slogan “Connected to safety” illustrates.

The Carl Stahl GmbH ARC offers complex architectural solutions worldwide with stainless steel cables and nets. These can be found, for example, in zoo enclosures, railing fillings, as fall protection in the form of stainless steel cable nets, for greening of facades or in conjunction with LED light modules. From consulting, planning, statics, manufacturing to assembly, the company offers a complete service for the realization of creative ideas with ropes, nets and stainless steel system components. produces in the company’s own ropery Ready-to-install wire ropes and strands made of stainless steel and galvanized. As tensioning, control or braking elements, the ropes and strands help to realize mechanical applications such as tension, impact, load, movement, safety and switching operations. As an innovative development supplier, customer-specific cable systems are developed.
