About us
Regionally rooted and globally successful, a typical hidden champion of the packaging industry.
The Rommelag Group is a globally active group of nine independently operating family-owned companies and the specialist for plastic-based packaging solutions. The strongly regionally rooted company group with locations in Germany and Switzerland produces almost everything from a single source – an elementary component of its long history of success. The products are as exciting as they are varied. From the unique bottelpack aseptic Blow-Fill-Seal filling system for pharmaceutical liquids to contract filling of pharmaceutical and chemical products to specialized film packaging for food, and much more.
According to the numerous tasks, products and services you will find at Rommelag a wide range of occupations and opportunities for your career. From internships to dual training or direct entry, whether in the commercial, technical or commercial area, Rommelag offers the opportunity to make a difference, to take responsibility and to develop further.
The companies in the Kocher Valley have been one of the largest trainers in the region for some years with around 100 trainees. The training workshop at Rommelag ENGINEERING was completely modernized and expanded this year, so that the trainees of the FLEX and CMO divisions also benefit from even better training opportunities. In addition to training, investments are also made regularly in the infrastructure of the locations, which can thus produce long-term success.
More than 1,800 committed employees worldwide, including around 1,400 in the Kochertal valley and an extremely low turnover rate speak for themselves. Thus, the annual anniversary celebrations with tenure of 10, 25 and 40 years usually resemble large family celebrations.
The owner family is aware of its social responsibility, and the companies of the group have always been characterized by their local commitment in the field of sports and education and sustainably supported in both the public and the private sector.
