About us
KBA-MetalPrint is the technology leader in sheet metal printing. The product range includes printing and coating lines, drying technology and exhaust air cleaning technology.
KBA-MetalPrint – competence and experience
KBA-MetalPrint’s expertise is based on 130 years of experience in sheet metal printing. This is where the know-how of the renowned Milanese company, which built the first sheet-metal printing press in 1888, and LTG, which developed the first drying oven for the famous Nivea cream can in 1924, is concentrated here. In 1995, the first metal-plate press was introduced in series construction, the MetalStar. This was the beginning of the era of modern multi-color presses. Since 2006, we have been a subsidiary of Koenig & Bauer, and thus perfectly complement the portfolio of one of the largest printing press manufacturers in the world.
As a leading supplier of complete multicolour printing and varnishing lines for the sheet metal packaging industry and exhaust air purification systems, the name KBA-MetalPrint stands for quality, innovation and continuous development. We offer complete solutions, individually tailored to the specific requirements of the customer. From the design to the printed and stacked metal sheet. Our customers manufacture jewelery boxes, food cans, beer kegs, paint and varnish cans, lids and bottle caps.
KBA-MetalPrint operates worldwide with an export share of 89%.
