Wilhelm Emil Fein founded the company C. & E. Fein GmbH in 1867. In 1895 FEIN invented the world’s first power tool with the electric hand drill. Today, the long-established company is a world-class power tool manufacturer. The German premium manufacturer specializes in indestructible power tools for machining metal as well as wood and composite materials. The focus is on industry-specific application solutions for trade and industry. FEIN has more than 800 active intellectual property rights, including approximately 500 patents or patent applications. FEIN distributes the products worldwide through 16 international subsidiaries and more than 50 agents. The FEIN brand has stood for premium quality and modern developments for 150 years and will continue to do so.
