From a Component Carrier towards a System
Classical PCBs are evolving more and more from a pure component carrier towards a system solution.

With regards to high current load capability, heat dissipation and cost, today’s PCBs are already able to replace various carrier materials, such as ceramics and lead frames.

Furthermore, we are offering the possibility of integrating (embedding) active and
passive components for our PCBs. This contributes to miniaturisation and improvement of electrical and thermal characteristics.

We are addressing these trends by concentrating on the three innovation focusses of Power Electronics, Embedding and System Cost Reduction.
