The company BEUTTER Präzisions-Komponenten GmbH & Co. KG is a medium-sized company that has made a name for itself as a supplier of complex, fine-mechanical components. The challenge that the company has faced is the handling of small and medium lot sizes. The main branches of the company are in the fields of mechanical engineering, medical technology, aerospace, hydraulics and military technology.

With around 120 qualified employees (of which more than 90% are skilled workers in production), the Swabian company manufactures precision mechanical components from all machinable materials in small and medium quantities, ideally between 50 and 2,000 pieces. Experience at Beutter with its high-alloyed steels, titanium and other special materials such as Hastelloy, Inconel or molybdenum is very special. Production focuses at Beutter are closely tolerated individual parts and assemblies of high vertical range of manufacture. Gladly you help the customer in the design and development of components. The quality management system at Beutter is certified according to DIN EN ISO 9001: 2015, for medical devices according to DIN EN 13485: 2016 and especially for the aerospace industry according to DIN EN 9100. State-of-the-art testing technology with CNC-controlled measuring machines; integrated measuring device monitoring of devices and gauges. Individual design of testing and measuring equipment for special requirements is standard at Beutter.
