ELGO is all about measuring, controlling and positioning. Our technology is used wherever positions need to be precisely and reliably recorded. In the tallest buildings in the world, our sensors help to ensure that elevators reach the desired floor safely. In the field of medical technology, operating tables or computer tomographs, for example, our technology enables precise positioning of the patient. These are just two examples from the wide field of application of our products.
ELGO was founded by Helmut Grimm in 1977, today he is supported by his sons in the management. In 2017, our location in Rielasingen will be expanded by a 2200 m² production and warehouse building.
The strong international orientation is supported by an export share of 80%, four international subsidiaries and representations in 30 countries. 140 people around the world are committed to successfully solving the measurement and positioning needs of our customers.
