The basis of our actions: the KOCH corporate culture
KOCH maintains a corporate culture that is lived by all employees. We have developed five corporate guidelines as cornerstones of our long-term thinking and acting. These guidelines determine our work and, as a whole, lead us to reach the goal of our action: outstanding quality. A visible result of our shared commitment and effort.
