SCREEN AND PAD PRINTING
Today, modern machines or electrical devices often have to provide well-visible and readable information in addition to a decorative surface, which are printed durable. Be it only the company logo.
Therefore, we offer you as an additional service the printing in the screen or pad printing process. Which method is used here often decides the geometry of the components. While the screen printing process is used for flat components, the tampon printing process is used for curved surfaces.
Of course, we also offer both methods as a pure service. Regardless of whether the workpiece is coated in our home.

SYSTEM SERVICE
Werner Körber GmbH offers its customers a cross-production service far beyond pure powder coating.
In close coordination with our customers, we take over the purchasing of the raw parts, and the further processing.
Here we can offer you additional operations such as cathodic painting, gasketing, mechanical processing and other services.

CHEMICAL PAY PAINTING OF METAL PARTS
We ourselves use our own processes for the stripping of high-quality metal components.
The chemical paint removal leaves no residue and works without damage. It is applied in a dip bath consisting of CFC and CHC-free paint stripping chemicals. Experience shows that it is an excellent basis for further processing of the parts.
Older parts often show rusty areas after stripping, which can be removed by mechanical treatment such as sandblasting.
