At Varioplast® Innovation has a long tradition – ever since 1970. Over the years along the value chain we have established many more production technologies around our core competence of plastic injection moulding, especially in the production section of surface finishing technology, where our technology ranges from pad printing, hot stamping, screen printing, through coating and lasering right up to PVD coating.

For packaging of our products we also have our patented VARIOBOXX® solutions and needs-based we manufacture these together with the inlays at our inhouse thermoforming section. In our inhouse mould-making we have also established the relevant competence and are independent from external support. Furthermore, we are also well-positioned in international procurement of moulds through our VARIOPLAST Co. (HK) LTD in China.

One very important competitive advantage in particular is our know-how in automation. At our own facilities we develop and implement interlinked production lines which directly and fully automated connect our production technologies. As a result our products have top quality and we are internationally competitive.
