Extremely hard-wearing, wear-resistant and precisely manufactured and assembled in Germany – these are Allert conveyor belts. Their compact and flexible design makes them suitable for a variety of industrial and commercial transport tasks such as the feeding of equipment, for continuous manufacturing processes, the transport of parts between different plants and sub-processes as well as the discharge of finished products from plants or the disposal of waste materials.
With flexible nominal widths in a 50 mm grid and a large number of variants, Allert conveyor belts can be designed for almost any application. Temperature resistant up to 300 ° Celsius and always in consistently high quality, certified to TS 16949. Thanks to very narrow gap dimensions, belt damage caused by jammed or delayed parts is significantly reduced and long belt running times guaranteed.
The Allert conveyor belt range was developed as a modular system and is suitable for problem solving in the design, construction and operation of simple or complex systems and facilities. Special care in the choice of materials, decades of experience in production and state-of-the-art equipment guarantee the highest quality for use even under the harshest conditions such as heat, cold, wet or in connection with aggressive substances. Already on the basis of the standard versions, the range of Allert conveyor belts includes a large number of possible dimensions, components and materials that can be individually tailored to customer requirements.
