Friedrich Münch (www.niroflex.de) has been manufacturing protective clothing for the meat processing industry under the niroflex brand for more than 45 years.
The selection of suitable PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) is gaining more and more importance in the meat processing industry and in the butcher trade. Thanks to the comprehensive range of stab protection aprons and stab protection gloves, Friedrich Münch is able to offer its customers user-friendly and safe products. In particular, in the anti-puncture gloves, the demands of customers are very high. In the focus of the users are here ergonomic characteristics, the selection of different cuff lengths and the choice of the closing technique on the gloves. With the brands niroflex 2000 and niroflex HAWK (clip / hook fastener), niroflex easyfit (TPU replacement strap with push button), fm plus (textile strap with push button) and niroflex FIX! (STS Zugfederverschluss) are offered 5 different types of gloves with 4 different closures.
The 5-finger gloves and gloves with short cuffs offer protection during cutting work, the gloves with 19 cm cuff provide protection in the decomposition. The niroflex easyfit gloves offer an exceptionally good fit. The change tapes (TPU) can be exchanged quickly and without tools if necessary. The niroflex HAWK gloves meet the highest demands and, thanks to the high-quality steel alloy (detectable), offer increased durability and corrosion resistance. The glove series niroflex FIX! is produced exclusively in the plasma welding process and thus offers excellent hygienic properties. The patented tension spring lock STS (steel tension spring system) has been further optimized and allows stepless adjustment to the hand and forearm.
