Südkabel in Mannheim develops, produces and supplies earth cables for medium, high and very high voltage as well as the corresponding trimmings for customers of power transmission and distribution. Our range of accessories includes outdoor terminations, conventional and plug-in terminations for SF6 switchgear and transformers, couplers, plug-in closures for exterior and interior cone systems, medium-voltage cable bridges and electro-filter cable assemblies.
Our range of services also includes the planning, installation and commissioning of turnkey XLPE cable systems up to 500 kV.
Extensive services such as advice on application-related issues, installation training in medium and high voltage, cable laying and installation supervision, assembly of fittings, commissioning test and a 24h reachable fault service are a matter of course for us.
