Knipping Kunststofftechnik Gessmann GmbH is a company of Arnold Knipping Holding GmbH in Gummersbach.

We develop and produce complex technical parts and sub-assemblies made of thermosets and thermosets – sometimes in combination with metal insert technology.

Our customers are major companies in the automotive and electrical industries that combine quality, reliability and convincing know-how with our name.

At our locations in Leingarten and Talheim, we currently generate sales of approx. 75 million euros with 380 employees.

We see ourselves as a “problem solver” and can offer you the complete range from the first concept to the finished series product. Well-thought-out and consistent process flows from our own product development to a powerful tool making up to a modern injection molding and assembly production enable us an effective and result-oriented project processing.

Quality is the basic requirement for competing and satisfying our customers. Process and production-accompanying quality assurance measures are therefore just as much an integral part of our corporate strategy as the coverage of all standard requirements of the automotive industry (ISO TS 16949). This is monitored and controlled by our management system.

The structured processes in our system allow us to achieve continuous improvement in our processes. As a result, we will continue to be a competent partner for your projects in the future.

In order to safeguard the sustainability of energy in the future and to protect the environment equally, we see it as our obligation to use the available resources sparingly.

Therefore, the company Gessmann has decided to introduce an environmental and energy management, which is currently under construction.

Already in 2014, our energy management system was certified to ISO 50001. The goal is to have our environmental management certified to ISO 1400 by 2016.

Gessmann covers the complete range from the first concept to the finished series product.
