Design support:
Construction support for the equipment and apparatus construction by our own designers. In doing so, by pursuing the latest technical feasibility limits of production, we are pursuing the following goals in particular: (1) Reduction of the number of individual parts of a sheet metal assembly. (2) Reduction of the manufacturing steps for a component. (3) material saving.
CNC sheet metal processing:
CNC series production (combined punching / laser processing, laser cutting, folding, etc.) also for complex parts made of stainless steel, aluminum and special metals. For the assembly of housing parts with fasteners, we have all manufacturing technologies, such as riveting, press-fitting, retraction, spot welding, CNC stud welding.
Device installation:
Benefit from our complete production of assemblies and functional units including supply logistics, e.g. for medical, laboratory, measuring and electrical engineering. If required, we extend the product logistics right up to the ready-to-use device, the consumer packaging and shipping.
