In close cooperation with the customer, we develop extraction concepts for the dedusting of entire foundries or individual sections. The technical planning of the plants is carried out by our experienced engineers and specialists in conjunction with state-of-the-art office and construction technology. For customers individual, technically optimized and economical solution are worked out. For the implementation of a variety of individual air components such. the detection devices (suction hoods, especially the suction hood TORNADO), pipelines, throttle valves, spark arresters, filters etc. are planned, manufactured and assembled to the customer’s requirements. IBO suction hoods are used for detecting the flue gases of induction or melting and holding furnaces. The hoods have been specially developed for the foundry sector. With their flow-optimized design and a design designed especially for the harsh conditions in the melting area, IBO extraction hoods are optimally equipped for the high demands of daily use in foundries and steel mills. The one-sided attachment point of the extraction hoods on the furnace ensures the best possible accessibility to the crucible. The assembly and commissioning as well as the training of operators and maintenance staff are carried out by our own, trained fitters. On request or as part of a maintenance contract, these also take over the regular inspection of the systems. IBO suction hoods are ideal for retrofitting existing furnaces, but also because of their adaptable design. They are also available in different types and designs. This ensures that tailored to the individual requirements of the customer, adapted to the particular furnace, the workflows, etc. an optimal solution is available.
