Technology
The counting disc is automatically placed on the stack to be counted. Extremely fast rotating the counting disc works through the stack independent of the material sheet by sheet. GTS Counting devices can process different substrates, paper and plastics. When a sheet passed through a segment of the counting disc, the count impulse is triggered. GTS Counting devices thus provide accurate results.

During the counting process, the medium is treated with care, no marks will be leave on the media. The corners of the stack will be not affected or distorted.
The counting process can be stopped defined. The through the disc resulting gap can be used easily for further processing, for example to separate or to grip automatically the layer or for other specific applications.
