ELEVATOR EMERGENCY CALL / EMERGENCY

THE ATH EMERGENCY SERVICE SPARES YOUR BUDGETS:

Previously, a lift attendant was to call on site, which was instructed in a daytime training by the TÜV, as he can free in the elevator trapped. Also there was already the requirement that the lift attendant must be on site or must be able to get to the elevator within a very short time.

The catch is that people who are trapped are not always able to draw attention to themselves – if no one else was in the house apart from them, every cry for help went unheeded … Also, the attendant is not always reachable or in position to reach the elevator. Nightmare about nightmare!

This led to a change in §12 BetrSichV: “Anyone who operates an elevator installation must ensure that emergency calls from a car are responded to in a timely manner and that exemption measures are carried out properly.”

This service fully complies with all requirements imposed by the legislator. Naturally, every new system supplied by us also includes an emergency call device! When retrofitting, we offer our customers two alternatives:

ATH system emergency call – emergency call device and installation are provided against a lump sum. Monthly billed the contributions for readiness and activation.

ATH Premium Emergency Call – The emergency call device is rented by the operator. The rent is added to the monthly amount for readiness and activation. The maintenance fees for the emergency call devices are included in the packages.

In order to make the communication work in the event of a case, the transmission paths to our control room are checked daily.

Emergency calls come up in our constantly occupied headquarters. The employees in the emergency call center have a calming effect on the detainees and arrange for their immediate release. They also clarify: Is a doctor necessary? Are appointments to cancel or change?
