FX lifting magnets are the new innovative product in the field of magnetic lifting technology. They work with a single magnet system, consisting of high-energy half-shell magnets, which can be fully activated in only 90 ° switching path, and works completely recoil-free and self-braking.

The solid, ball-bearing stem with the built-up half-shell magnet has no magnetic losses due to internal short circuit and can be made in one piece without welds or tapered transitions, and without milling for block magnets, which makes them virtually indestructible.

The unique, patent-pending design with half-shell magnets and the reduction of the internal air gap in the magnet system provide significantly higher performance with the same amount of magnetic material – reducing costs and protecting the environment.

Electro-permanent magnet technology stands for maximum safety with magnetic load suspension. The advantages of permanent magnet reliability and the user-friendliness of electromagnets are combined in a common concept. In case of cable break or power failure, the lifted load can not fall off. There are no batteries to maintain, the activation / deactivation takes place by pressing a button on the magnet, via radio remote control or signal output from a control provided by the customer.

FXE lifting magnetsare the professional solution for frequent handling of workpieces. They are very robust and designed for continuous use. The electrical control allows the operator to switch the device without physical effort in hard to reach places. The permanent magnet system is activated in just 0.8 seconds by pressing a button, and the workpiece is safely released when it is switched off. The connection is simply made to mains voltage. Thus, the device is ready for use with very little installation effort. In case of power failure, the load is held by the permanent magnetic field. As a result, no susceptible and maintenance-intensive backup batteries are necessary. Quick retrofitting of crane systems with conventional mains-powered electromagnets is easily possible. FXE electro-permanent magnets comply with the latest standards and offer maximum safety and ease of use. With our standard sizes up to 7200 kg, we have the right device for almost every application.
