1924: Founded by the families Haas and Kellhofer
1975: spin-off of HKS Maschinenbau GmbH
1998: sold to K.J. Lotz and T.Stadtmüller
2005: Acquisition of the company by the Turbo-International Group (CH)
and renamed HKS Filtration-Technology GmbH.
2006: Place of business relocated to Gottmadingen
2014: Merger with Turbo-Separator GmbH Renaming
under Turbo-HKS GmbH
