 • All our parts are 100% produced and processed in the Black Forest
 • our plants are certified according to ISO / TS 16949: 2009
 • We have our own design as well as mold and tool making
 • Fill simulations and 3D prototype printing are part of our constructive consulting
 • Use of various aluminum and zinc alloys
 • highly variable lot sizes – from small quantities to more than 100,000 pieces
 • In die-cast zinc, we produce parts from 2 g to 700 g, in die-cast aluminum from 15 g to 1,500 g
 • For quality reasons, we consciously refrain from using scrap and internal circulation material
 • Hot and cold chamber casting machines with clamping forces of 20 – 80 or 125 – 350 t
 • Vacuum assisted die casting possible if required
 • Initial sampling: PPF report according to VDA2; PPAP
 • state-of-the-art CNC machining centers for complete machining of parts
 • For surface treatment in the form of electroplating, painting, powder coating or other coating processes, we work together with specialized and certified partners
 • Assembly of smaller assemblies
 • For quality assurance, we use state-of-the-art technologies such as computed tomography (CT)
