The planning of all technical systems for supplying the buildings and the production equipment for the production of microelectronic components was the nucleus for founding the CRC Clean Room Consulting GmbH in 1983.

High demands on the technical building equipment (TGA) and clean room technology led quickly to a specialization in this field. The filter fan unit (FFU / FVE) introduced by us in Europe, which combines filters and fans in one module, has become standard in clean room technology.

National and international (Belgium, China, France, Netherlands, Austria, Switzerland, South Africa, Turkey) have planned and realized more than 20 wafer fabs (4 “, 6”, 8 “, 12”). Experience in microelectronics could soon be transferred to building projects in optoelectronics. In addition, CRC is also a competent planner for the field of nano- and laser technology.
