With plaintiffs we are intensively dealing with the material question. The material must
offer real added value for the application, then the basis for a successful implementation is given.
We develop new recipes in the field of mixed oxide ceramics and transfer new materials into injection molding technology. The collected material knowledge flows directly into the material consultation with the customer.

In the course of “real” product development, we once again rely on the synergy skills of our individual departments. In close coordination with the customer and under the responsibility of the project engineer, a team of specialists develops the development concept under functional, economic and technical specifications.

The first step is the digital transformation of the component into an injection-mold and material-appropriate design and consequently into a 3D model. These data created on Pro-Engineer accompany us throughout the entire production process. They serve as the basis for the tool concept, the tool design and also for the creation of EDM and milling programs (CAD / CAM).
