Shaping the future
“A company is only as good as its employees.” With around 20 trainees and students, this is not just empty words at Hectronic. Practice-oriented education and training has always been an integral part of Hectronic’s corporate philosophy. Starting with our technical and commercial apprentices and DHBW students, through internal sales or support training to external further education of our executives. Thus, we not only support the further education of our motivated employees, but also invest in the operational future and competitiveness of Hectronic.
