Since 1981 we design and build devices, machines and special machines from the idea to the commissioning. Since 2006 we have been operating under the name of “Daub Maschinenbau GmbH” for the second generation.
From our house come the powerful and durable systems and machines that the baker needs for the efficient production of his tasty lye pastry. The pretzel as inexpensive and soothing food remains a popular destination for the German lands. Our developments for the buckling and dipping of dough pieces have contributed significantly to the care of the Swabian and Bavarian specialties.
