Information to the public according to §8a of the Major Accidents Ordinance
Dear Bad Wildbader fellow citizens,

We are a leading company in Germany, which has been producing high-quality complex printed circuit boards at the Bad Wildbad location for several decades. From the beginning, quality thinking and environmental protection were the top priorities in terms of production and service, which is why we only produce “Made in Germany” to this day. Our suppliers also come from Germany and the region.

Due to changes in legislation and the reclassification of copper compounds, which are an integral part of our electronic manufacturing operations, we fall under the 12th BImSchV in the lower class of accident law and have certain basic obligations, such as the development of an incident concept, the introduction of a safety management and public information.

With this information, we would like to inform you about our operation as well as the dangers emanating from our company in case of an accident. Furthermore, we inform you about our measures for the prevention of incidents and about the correct behavior in case of an incident.

We assure you that an incident that spreads beyond our operational boundaries and endangers people or the environment in the long term is considered extremely unlikely, but unfortunately can never be completely ruled out.

Therefore, the legislator provides that the public must be informed about dangers and measures.
