FUTURE NEEDS ORIGIN
Intelligent technical concepts characterize the activities of the company since the founding of Wagnerei Klaus in 1907. In car body construction, in the invention of the Klaus brake air fast tipper, in the production of innovative carousel designs for amusement parks as well as in the production of superstructure excavators and loading cranes, the company Klaus writes forward-looking technical history until the 1960s.
In 1964, the first multiparking systems were launched, which will be available in three series from 1972 onwards.
In 1973, the company moved into its new building in Aitrach near Memmingen as the world’s leading manufacturer of multiparking systems.
First foreign licenses, u. a. to Japan, to be awarded in 1975, and since 1980 at the latest in all its fields of activity the company is internationally known for innovation and technical progress.
With flexibility and ingenuity Klaus remains consistently at the forefront when it comes to tackling new challenges.
In 1985, the product range is expanded, the proportion of systems with horizontal parking spaces increases in relation to the inclined systems. The adaptation to changing car dimensions is being pushed ahead.
In 1988, the new space-saving parking system system conquers the market. This is followed in 1993 by the enforcement of the automatic parker, which stores vehicles directly via a computer control system without space-consuming tramlines and maneuvering routes. These systems are being continuously developed and supplemented to this day. New, technically even more advanced solutions emerge.
