ts-systemfilter http://www.ts-systemfilter.de has been developing filter systems for the bulk goods processing industry since 1978, which are used worldwide in all industries.
The modular filter units can be used in hazardous areas of »category II 1D and II 1GD« (dust-ex-zone 20, gas-ex-zone 0), and are optionally equipped »FDA-compliant«. The residual dust content of 1 mg / m3 can be undercut.
As standard, housings with diameters of up to one meter are used. Series 05 is 2 bar flameproof. Optionally, filter apparatuses for 10 bar pressure resistance or vacuum operation are produced.
Special designs with larger diameters, air volumes up to 14,000 m³ / h or angular construction are possible. The in-house star filter production offers unlimited possibilities for pleat geometry and filter medium.
Special areas of application, where heat, dew point, statics and much more play a role, are overcome with the system design method.
