ISP System designs and manufactures precision and automatic special high speed machine and robotized lines for electronic industry.

ISP System’s skill is the assembly of electonic components by soldering or sintering for « power module » manufacturing.

Special machine of precision and robotic:
Soldering machine of power components with positioning and strength accurate control (micrometric accuracy for positioning and 1mN for strength).

Sintering machine (to replace the soldering).

Test bench for cycling and ageing of highly stressed electronic components

Automatic control machine by camera.

ISP System proposes also its ILAS machine which is designed for prototype or small series production of power module. ILAS is based on our patented electromagnetic head for an optimal control of the soldering or sintering process.
