AUSY anticipated this development with the demand for Time & Materials giving way to work package services, and has strengthened its centres of expertise and its organisation.

The Group Projects’ Division (GPD) consolidates and oversees all work-package projects making sure they are profitable. It steers all expertise and production centres at Group level, in France and internationally.

The new professionalism of this approach enables AUSY today not only to improve its productivity, but also to offer its clients high added value solutions. The renewal of all partnerships each year clearly illustrates AUSY’s ability to take on and deliver on its commitments, which enables the Company to naturally position itself as a trusted, long-term partner. Work package activities generally represented 45% of the Group’s turnover in 2013.

SKILLS- AND GROWTH-CENTERED REGIONAL BASES

In France, AUSY boosts the specialisation of its eight production centres to increase their level of expertise and business volumes by enhancing their ability to share skills. AUSY has a total of 20 business locations close to its clients’ decision-making centres. By becoming benchmark players thanks to the integration of APTUS, APX-As and ELAN in 2011, the regional bases have strengthened their positions with their common clients and enhanced their skills. Today, they can take on an increasing number of large-scale projects, develop their local reputation and attract the best talent. Thus, they benefit from a virtuous growth-generating circle.

Our Expert Delivery Centres (EDC) enable us to offer a scalable and adaptable project capacity for all clients worldwide, through centres dedicated to all Business Lines, the pooling of resources (Infrastructures gathered in a unique network with 15 000 m² projects platforms), proximity (front / back office organisation) and tools and methods standardisation.
