Melsen Tech’s total solutions for front panels and profiles in aluminium, iron and stainless steel can include a number of processes:
Cutting, bending, drilling, milling, pressed stiffeners for print installation, surface treatment and printing.
We can provide plastic foil keypads or membrane switches on a finished plate in combination with an aluminium profile as a complete instrument panel. In the case of total solutions with EMC treatment of plastic film keypads and plastic cabinets and EMC, we treat them with conductive silver. Plastic film keypads are manufactured and fitted before undergoing a 100% test, so the customer receives a complete, thoroughly tested solution.
We are also happy to implement third-party products in the solutions. We can also take care of the logistics involved in handling, packing and shipping, for example, to your dealers.
