　　The company was founded in Taiwan in 1988 by Chairman Nian Yueru. It is a wholly-owned Taiwanese company specializing in the production of high-quality double-sided, four-layer and six-layer and eight-layer printed circuit boards. Through more than ten years of development and the full implementation of the ISO9002 quality system, the company has grown from an unknown Zhi En to the 27th largest enterprise in Taiwan’s electronics industry. In order to expand the scale to meet the needs of future development, the company set up a factory in Daya Bay Industrial Park, Huizhou City, Guangdong Province in 2000. It was completed in December 2001, and officially started production in July 2002. It invested in the mainland in August 2002, with a total investment of 31 million US $, registered capital of US $ 21.7 million. The land area is 41825 square meters, the plant area is 16,400 square meters, and the current number of employees is 850. The company has passed ISO9001: 2000 certification and UL certification in November 2002, and officially passed ISO 14001: 2004 certification in August 2005.
