Print Real-Time Traceability Data: ORB-it® G-2 will print and apply directly on the label before being applied. Traceability data may consist of the following information to ensure consumer confidence that the retailer can provide quick isolation of any contaminated products.

Print & Apply can reduce label inventory costs by printing variable information on one pre-printed logo, and add real-time trace code on the fruit label. Variable information may consist of:

Product Description and PLU number
Grower Identification – GS1-dataBar™ or GTIN barcode
Date and Time – to verify freshness and reduce recalls of time sensitive products
Trace Code – to track product out of the box and reduce risk and cost of recalls
Custom Logo – on blank labels (in black & white) for back-up or custom labeling

Reduce Inventory Costs: With ORB-it® G-2, the packer can use one generic label stock and print and apply any variable information.

Change for the greener good: Accu-Label uses eco-friendly, biodegradable paper labels and FDA compliant adhesive for direct food contact. The labels are dispensed from a PET liner that is rewound directly on the labeller and easily removed for disposal in your recycling bin.
