We offer complete in-house product design, including:
System-level conceptual design
Software development and verification
Circuit design and 3D mechanical design
Full prototyping, testing and validation
Agency approvals and product compliance
Extensive internal/external testing
World-class resources for product development
We provide complete analog and digital circuit design and analysis, testing, approval consultation and automated assembly of finished products. Customers include a broad range of leading international manufacturers in the appliance, HVAC, automotive, recreational vehicle (RV) and consumer electronics sectors.
Unsurpassed Service, Quality & Value
Saying we deliver unsurpassed service, quality and value isn’t as important as proving it. That’s why our Customer Support Management Team becomes your primary contact from initial concept review through the continuous production of your products.
Our process starts with complete hardware and microprocessor-based software design and development, software testing and verification, design failure modes and effects analysis (DFMEA), component selection, validation and reliability testing, printed circuit board design and layout to agency requirements.
Our Design for Manufacture (DfM) approach means measurable advantages in cost and quality for our customers’ more compact board layouts, intelligent component placement, integrated enclosures, rapid time-to-market and high reliability.
From jigs and fixtures to layouts and boards, prototype construction is done in-house, with our lab providing prototype verification and software analysis, board-level reliability testing and electrical and environmental testing including AC/DC voltage extremes, EMI and RFI emitted and susceptibility, hot and cold temperature cycling, durability, vibration and shock testing, humidity and electro-migration.
Our mechanical engineering expertise includes plastic and metal enclosure designs, actuator designs and light pipe designs all utilizing cutting-edge 3D modeling technology ,as well as injection mold tooling coordination.
We can coordinate agency approvals of your products to a variety of agencies including UL, CSA, VDE, TUV, AGA and CGA and interact as needed to ensure timely and efficient approval processing.
