PROTOTYPE PRODUCTION LINE – Siemens Siplace F4 with an EKRA E5 printer.

REFLOW OVEN – Vitronics XPM820 8-Heating zones & 2-Cooting zones designed for reliable Lead Free Processing.

PASTE PRINTING – MPM AP25 HiE in-line automated solder paste printer for repeatable high quality prints with on-board 2-D inspection utilized.

X-RAY – Faxitron CS-100AC Real-time Imaging system is designed for the inspection of SMT assemblies, semiconductors and PCBs. The system provides the advantages of real-time defect detection for electronics production, quality control, and failure analysis applications.

AUTOMATED OPTICAL INSPECTION – ViTechnology Vi-1K AOI System for enhanced quality control.

WASH – Aqueous Technologies Trident III automated defluxing system, capable of removing Rosins, No-Cleans & Water Soluable fluxes.

AUTOMATED SELECTIVE WAVE SOLDERING – Ace Kiss 102IL for Through Hole Applications.

CONFORMAL COATING – PVA-2000 5-axis fully automated conformal coating machine loaded with Dow Corning 1-2620 silicone.
