Design from model board or development of a new project with full documentation, including PCB, GERBER, NC-Drill files, wiring diagram, assembly map and bill of materials for both single, double and multilayer component boards PTH, SMD or Hybrids. Supply of photoliths for slab production.
PTH AND SMD MOUNTING
Assembly with PTH components from prototypes to large scale production, with agility, meeting customer needs. SMD mounting featuring high tech equipment including Printer, Pick Place, Reflow Oven and Dual Wave capable of assembling components such as Fine Pitch and BGA.
FINISHED PRODUCTS
Complete assembly including PCI, cabling, testing and product completion.
