About us
Under the umbrella of Trodat Trotec Holding GmbH, we are the world leader in the area of ​​stamp production and the Trotec brand in the laser sector: Trodat is the world’s largest stamp manufacturer and Trotec is the world market leader in laser engraving, cutting and marking.

The Trodat Trotec Group currently generates total revenues of more than € 249 million and employs around 1,550 people worldwide in over 39 Group companies. The group is present in more than 150 countries around the world. Our export ratio totals more than 98%.

The headquarters of Trodat Trotec Holding are Wels in Upper Austria, where the most important production site of stamp production including research and development is located. The production and sales location of Trotec is Marchtrenk, about 2 km from Wels.

The Trodat Trotec Holding GmbH as a private company is 74.9% owned by the Müller-Just family foundations and 25.1% owned by the owners of the Lower Austrian ImWind group.

Our common goal is to achieve approximately the same level of revenue for both companies by the year 2020, which should total around EUR 300 million.
