We develop measurement systems for fast and reliable quality assurance for the microelectronic industry to identify production defects, optimise processes and save costs. We are doing that either optically and inline for a more reliable production of semiconductor wafers with our laser-based Wafer Edge Inspection System or electrically for EMS Suppliers with focus on high speed In-Circuit and Functional Tests using our parallel PCB-panel testing solutions.
