STATEC BINDER is a specialist in providing flexible solutions for high-speed bagging and palletizing of bulk goods. Located near Graz in Austria the company has already supplied more than 1,200 machines all over the world. STATEC BINDER develops and produces all machines within its manufacturing plant and has been certified according to ISO 9001. Whether petrochemical, animal feed production, rice, seeds, sugar or fertilizer – the high-quality product range offers customer-specified solutions for all industries. The open-mouth bagging systems PRINCIPAC, CERTOPAC, ACROPAC and CIRCUPAC are developed for polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP) and paper bags with filling weights of 5 up to 50 kg. Furthermore they can be combined with the bag producing machine SYSTEM-R for operating with tubular woven PP-reels. The FFS (Form-Fill-Seal) bagging machine SYSTEM-T for operating with tubular reels and the vertical FFS bagging machine SYSTEM-F for operating with flat film complement the high-performance bagging segment.
High-speed palletizing of all types of bags & boxes enable the fully automatic high-level palletizer PRINCIPAL as well as the high-performance robot palletizer PRINCIPAL-R. Manual and semi-automatic bagging lines, Big Bag-stations, which enable the filling up to 150 Big Bags per hour, net weighers and state-of-the-art bag closing systems round off STATEC BINDER’s high-speed product portfolio.
