1. REPAIR / RETURN
Whatever model of control module you have, it can be sent to our lab for assessment and repair. Your repaired control module will be returned to you by express service. Depending what make and model of control module you have, fixed price repair is usually available.

2. EXCHANGE
If you have an established credit card account we can often provide exchange modules (subject to availability). It’s our fastest, most convenient service and can be completed by either faxing or emailing your order to us or even over the phone. We’ll express you a fully re-conditioned control module the very same day.

We express freight your replacement module together with a return freight satchel.
Simply pack the defective unit in the return freight satchel provided and call our national pick up number.
