Our gear factory has 100 years of experience in the manufacture of transmission parts:
Cylindrical gears and helical gears, internal cogging, worms and worm gears, gear racks, chain wheels, conveyor chain wheels, notched belt wheels, splines, multiple splines, straight bevel gears and much more. We manufacture gears up to Ø3200mm in modules 0.5 – 40. We can further offer various gear cutting tools that comply with English and American standards (DP/CP). Should you require other sizes, please do not hesitate to contact us – we can handle the job.
Refurbishment of industrial-gears for all sectors, quick delivery and significant savings, specialised in Jack-up gear for platforms, drill rigs and ships.
Grinding, machine processing and turning – we perform all jobs in our state-of-the-art machine department.
We offer fast-pace service and production, counselling and manufacture of special transmission parts from 1 unit to large series. We always have 50 tons of raw material in stock for urgent solutions and we are able to recreate even completely broken gears according to models, drawings or files.
