We are the system supplier for the highest levels of difficulty in the area of ​​up to 3,000 kilograms of tool weight in 1- and 2-component technology for the automotive, communications, electrical and medical industries. The production of 32-fold and 64-fold series tools with the claim to keep the equality among the large number of cavities particularly high, or to mold the 250-gram housing frame by means of innovative tool cooling as distortion-free as possible, is our incentive. We are equally committed to implementing the injection molding of aluminum, carbon and wood panels or inserting boards for encapsulation in the tool with sharp-edged embeddings, without embossing when closing the tool.

Formentechnik Bayreuth GmbH is one of the specialists for development and production of injection molds. We offer our customers the maximum benefit from the tools made in our house. Single- and multi-cavity tools, over-molding and overmolding tools with complex inlays, tools for injection-molded seals, valves and pistons, medical precision parts, tools for high-temperature materials, connectors and cable sheathings. Spray weights from 0.02 grams to 570 grams can be processed in the custom-made tool.
