Founded in Krefeld / Germany in 1933, BEHN + BATES quickly made a name for its robust and high quality bag filling machines. Initially, the focus was on all industries that packed their products in bags. With the takeover in 1994 by HAVER & BOECKER, Oelde / Germany, one of the leading packaging machine manufacturers, specializing in food and pet food came at the end of the 90s.

Today, BEHN + BATES is an independent company with more than 65 highly motivated employees within the international HAVER® Group . We thus offer you the advantages of a flat hierarchy with high flexibility and lean processes – as well as the innovative power and cosmopolitanism of an international corporate network.

We develop the packaging concepts for our customers in more than 60 countries around the world. We design, build and deliver the required bagging and palletizing technology in order to successfully commission it together with the users.
