BUSINESS CONCEPT
Obducat’s business concept is to develop and supply lithography solutions for production and replication of advanced micro and nanostructures for industrial needs, as well as for R&D. Sales includes systems for lithography processing, imprint molds, consumables and licenses. In November 2015 Obducat acquired the German company Obducat Europe GmbH (formerly Solar-semi), who has a leading edge competence within the field of wet processing solutions for semiconductor related applications as well as a unique product portfolio enabling wet processing of large substrates up to 1,5 x 1,5 meters (GEN 5).
