For more than a hundred years, HMP has been convincing customers from all over the world and from a wide variety of industries in the automotive, industrial and aerospace sectors.

COMPONENT DEVELOPMENT
HMP component development
At HMP, we develop new processes and products together with our customers. The focus here is the optimum utility value. Based on existing drawings or sketches, we develop proposals for a cost and often also weight optimized design. We support you in the selection of suitable materials and also advise you on the processes we offer. The end result is a utility-optimized process chain for the manufacture of a ready-to-install component.

PROTOTYPING
In our own machine park, we produce prototypes, construction and initial samples as well as pre-series parts for our customers in order to underpin the efficiency of the proposed production processes. The results are evaluated metallographically and metrologically, process capabilities are determined. HMP supports the customer in the “Failure Mode and Effects Analysis” (FMEA) and in the development of control plans for series production.

HMP has a modern tool shop and offers an ongoing supply of tools. We understand this activity as a continuous improvement process, because tool life is one of the decisive factors influencing the availability of a plant.

PRODUCTION

Our core business is the realization of manufacturing solutions together with our customers. We develop manufacturing processes, we validate them if necessary by the production of samples. We construct and build plants with the help of a modular construction kit according to the wishes of the customers. Assembly and testing of our products take place in our house. In this way we guarantee a high quality standard.

Retrofit: In most cases, it does not make sense to scrap an HMP machine after years of use. Our high quality standard as well as the modular system always allow a conversion or a modernization. Here, outdated and worn components and systems are replaced. As a result, the machine is new and performs its service for many more years. This is our understanding of sustainability.
