The Little Things Factory, a leader in fluidics and microreaction, develops and manufactures high-quality components and system solutions made of glass, quartz and glass-silicon composites for a wide range of industries. Typical life science, chemistry, and R & D applications include lab-on-chip products, as well as microreactors, such as those required in diagnostics, drug delivery and implantology, or the manufacture of specialty chemicals.

Founded more than ten years ago as a spin-off of the Technical University in Ilmenau, the Little Things Factory continues to be perfectly networked in basic research. As a subsidiary of the listed Plan Optik AG, the technology leader in microstructured wafers, our company always has the most innovative methods of microstructuring and surface refinement. In addition to standardized products that are used as microstructured components in customer applications, Little Things Factory offers individual system solutions according to customer requirements and a Process Controlling System, which is indispensable as a flexible tool for working with a miniplant for process monitoring and optimization.
