Delta Design’s engineering and manufacturing plant
The acquisition of Xcerra extends Cohu’s leadership in test handling and contacting and creates new opportunities in semiconductor and PCB test equipment with an expanded total available market of $5 billion. Cohu’s newly acquired test systems address a wide range of applications and device technologies from RF, to power management, MEMS/Sensors, microcontrollers and more. The company focuses on innovation to deliver solutions that increase yield, lower cost of test and accelerate time to market for our customers. Cohu has a global supply chain and manufacturing infrastructure tuned to quickly ramp deliveries, and a global support organization of over 600 specialists working with customers “anytime, anywhere.”
